Contract-to-Close
- Buyer or Seller Side: $375
- Dual Sides: $475
- All-Cash Transaction: $300
- All-Cash Dual Sides: $400
- Saturday’s Package: $575
Pre-Listing Coordination
$175 – A well-organized listing starts before it hits the market. I assist with the admin side of preparing a listing, so everything is ready when you go live.
Admin Support Services
- $25 per hour
- 12 hours per month $300
- 25 hours per month $600

Support may include entering MLS listings, scheduling appointments, managing contacts and databases, and other administrative tasks that help keep your day running efficiently.
Document Management
Accurate, well-organized files protect your brokerage and keep transactions running smoothly.
Includes:
• Uploading and organizing documents
• Ensuring brokerage compliance
• Tracking missing documents
• Maintaining a clean transaction file
Communication & Coordination
I act as the central hub for the transaction.
Includes:

• Inspection and appraisal scheduling
